How to calculate your tuition: total your hours per week for all children enrolled and find your price on the chart. That is your tuition for the entire month. For instance, if you take one 60-minute class per week, your total is $95 per month, not per week.

When is monthly tuition due?
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is provided until the 5th, after which a late fee will be applied to the account balance.
Are there additional fees for costumes?
Yes, costume fees for our annual showcase are billed separately in the late Fall. This covers all custom costume pieces, accessories, and tights required for the performance.
What is the commitment for the dance season?
Our standard dance season runs from August through June. Families are committed for the full term, ensuring consistent progress for the dancer and their ensemble.
Can I get a refund if my child misses a class?
We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, students are encouraged to attend a makeup class in an equivalent level within 30 days of the absence.
How do I manage my billing account?
All billing is managed through our secure online Gwinnett County website. You can update payment methods, view invoices, and set up autopay at your convenience.
